VANTAČIĆI - Haus Antica

The house is 2 minutes walk from the beach. Set 200 m from the pebbly beach, Apartments Haus Antica offers self-catering accommodation with furnished balcony or terrace and free Wi-Fi. It is located in Vatančići, 3 km from Malinska. Free on-site parking is provided. In the neighboring village Porat (about 700m), there are several bars and restaurants offering local specialities directly on the esplanade. There are several stores and stands with fruits and vegetables. Mechanic workshop and repair service for marine engines are in the vicinity.

There is a post office with money exchange, a kindergarten, a general practice clinic, a dental office, and a drugstore very close. Explore the ancient city of Krk only 10 km, 10 min drive by car ....

Boat excursions to nearby islands of Cres and Rab can be arranged in the centre of Malinska. The historic town of Krk is 12 km away. Church of St. Lucy in Jurandvor, the site of Bašćanska Tablet, is 28 km away.

Local bus with lines around the island stops 300 m from the Apartments Haus Antica, while the Main Bus Station is in Malinska. Velbiska Ferry Port is 13 km from the property.

Kind hosts offering a pleasant atmosphere and traditional food made following family recipes will turn a visit to one of Krk's taverns into a real taste experience. Should you wish to have lunch with more dishes and excellent service, visit one of Krk's numerous restaurants.
In fact, restaurateurs in Krk try as much as possible, to include seasonal ingredients in their menus, and will therefore offer you young Krk lamb, wild asparagus, Krk šurlice, dishes based on the extra virgin olive oil or a special ingredient - figs!
